HOW TO GET STARTED?
Step 1 - ORDER SOME SWAG
Simply place your order for SWAG GRIPS below. In the notes of your order, tell us a little bit of what you're looking to create.
Want to Order Different Colors? No Problem! While we work on your design, we'll also confirm colors and quantities accordingly.
Once your order is confirmed, one of our associates will reach out to you directly. Any changes to quantities or upgrades after your order be adjusted prior to delivery.
If your organization uses Purchase Orders or a form of Post Payment, please reach out to us directly.
Step 2 - MOCK UP
Our associates will review your order and requests and get to work. Once they have created a digital mock up, they'll send it over to the email on file.
They're pretty good so the original mock up should be close to what you're looking for and may offer some suggestions.
Typical turnaround time for the first mock up is 1-2 business days. If there are any issues with the order or custom request, they'll reach out to you ASAP.
Step 3 - BUILD & SHIP
Once our team has created Your Perfect Mock Up, they'll send it to our Production Team for processing. 
Order turnaround times are 10 business days. Turnaround time will be less pending Quantities and Design. Shipping should be no later than 10 Business Days.

WELL, THERE ARE A FEW THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND...
TRADEMARKS.
We will not infringe on Any Intellectual Property. As long as you have consent in writing upon request, we are happy to make your Grip.
DESIGN SPACE.
Design space is approximately 2.5" x 4". Once applied to a handle, the design space that is visible would be approximately 1.75" x 4".
Our design team will highlight any issues prior to creating your Grip.

What if you can't make the Grip I want?
Very Rare this happens, but it does. We will issue a FULL REFUND and Cancel your Order. You will not be charged any "Time" or "Services Rendered".
What if you Don't Offer a Color that I want?
It's true. We have some beautiful "hidden" colors that aren't listed anywhere. However, if we don't have a color that you are looking for, we will issue a FULL REFUND and Cancel your Order. You will not be charged any "Time" or "Services Rendered".
What if you don't hear from me or I don't respond to your emails?
We know that stuff is going to happen. We don't think it's fair to hold your hard-earned money either! If we don't hear from you within 5 business days of OUR last communication, we will issue a FULL REFUND and Cancel your Order. You will not be charged any "Time" or "Services Rendered".
We also Reserve the Right to Cancel Orders that are Outside of Elemental Control.
